Sabre acquires German firm Airpas Aviation

Travel tech company Sabre has acquired German company Airpas Aviation, which provides cost management services and route profitability to airlines.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"With the integration of Airpas Aviation’s solutions into the Sabre portfolio, airline customers will benefit from the efficiency of a cohesive commercial planning solution and working with one provider that fully understands and helps meet their commercial planning needs," a Sabre statement said.
"In addition, the acquisition will open Airpas solutions to Sabre’s global customer base."
