Sabre retools ‘TripCase’
Sabre announced today that a new user interface for TripCase will be unveiled at the Global Business Travel Association Conference in Boston next week. The new version will debut later this year.
"The new look and feel…improves the experience of using TripCase by speeding up the time to access commonly-used features like your itinerary," said John Samuel, senior vice president of the company’s Traveler Solutions.
The new version, compatible in real-time with Sabre’s GDS, is designed as the traveler’s home base, allowing them to manage, track and share trip information. The mobile version functions as the traveler’s on-the-road concierge, helping to navigate and manage itinerary changes, missed flights, overbooked hotels or other obstacles. It monitors factors like weather, flight delays and gate changes.
