Oman’s SalamAir has announced more direct Thailand flights

Three flights per week operate between Muscat and new destination Bangkok from December 18 2022.

The route serves the high demand for leisure tourism on both sides.

Bangkok is SalamAir’s second destination in Thailand.

It also operates Thailand flights to the holiday island of Phuket.

It marks the airline’s further expansion in Asia.

Captain Mohamed Ahmed, CEO of SalamAir, said: “Bangkok remains one of the most preferred tourist destinations for Omanis and expats.”

“The flights will boost tourism, economic relations, and business opportunities between Oman and Thailand.”
