Holiday Extras sales director Neil Herbert is leaving the company due to personal circumstances.
Herbert, who has been with Holiday Extras for six years, plans to
take time out to go travelling and will then relocate to be closer to his family.
He hopes to start a new position within the industry at the end of the year.
“2005 and the first part of 2006 have proven to be a very testing time for me personally and I have taken the decision that living and working in East Kent is not where I want to be,” he said.
“I have enjoyed every minute of working here. This is a great company and I’ll miss the people and the unique spirit that is Holiday Extras”.
Herbert will hand over his responsibilities in the interim to Howard Dove, people and operations director, initially for a six month period.
Holiday Extras will then decide on a permanent replacement.
Some of Dove’s existing responsibilities will be handled by other
members of the team during the secondment period.
