Main Responsiblity:

Achieve budgeted targets for contracting new clients through design and execution of aggressive and inventive sales programs

Lead sales efforts with new accounts, working closely with the Account Development Manager and others as need be.

Together with the General Manager, formulate and implement sales plans to increase company penetration of local market.

Obtain competitors’ information and industry intelligence and propose counter-action to senior management to protect company’s marketplace

Participate in trade-shows and manage company presentations and promotions as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree holder highly preferrable.

Strong sales and marketing experience.

Must be well versed with the company’s product and be able to demo and present in front of a large group of agents.

Aggressive, outgoing personality

Extensive contacts within the local Travel industry

Minimum 5 – 7 years’ working experience in travel or travel technology industries.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin preferred.

Good analytical skills.

Computer literate.

Must have tact to handle different people and different situations.

Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
