Sample Slovenia and Slovakia with Tempo Holidays

Tempo Holidays is highlighting its new presence in both Slovenia and Slovakia, with Product Manager, Luisa Ragusa saying that these countries were not considered as mainstream as other Europe destinations but complemented countries such as Croatia, Austria and Czech Republic where Tempo has had packages for many years.

“For experienced travellers, Eastern Europe is growing in interest which is why we created these introductory packages,” she said. “Slovenia still remains a wonderful antidote to much of Europe’s crowds and high prices while Slovakia is about experiencing a place less touched by the glitz and glam of its more famous neighbours.”

Travellers can now sample the history, culture and scenery of Slovenia and Slovakia with Tempo’s new Taste of… packages for each country.

The four-day Taste of Slovenia package is from $1047 per person twin share which includes return private transfers, hotel, breakfasts, Ljubljana city tour (Old Town, Opera, University and National Theatre, Presern Square, the Cathedral and Plecnik Market) and tour to Bled and Bohinj Lakes. Accommodation is offered in select 3 or 4 star hotels.

In Slovakia, the three-day Taste of Bratislava package, from $442 per person twin share, includes a three hour private walking tour (including President Palace, Bratislava Castle, Opera House and Main Square with a coffee/cake break) and a four-course set-menu dinner at a typical local wine cellar with live folk music as well as return private transfers, hotel and breakfasts and accommodation is offered in select 4 or 5 star hotels.
