Low budget carrier Scoot is expanding in India.
The low cost arm of Singapore Airlines will gain three more routes from sister airline Silkair, linking Singapore with Coimbatore, Trivandrum and Visakhapatnam.
Fights to Trivandrum under the Scoot banner begin on 7 May 2019, and to Coimbatore and Visakhapatnam from 27 October 2019.
It is the latest shift of flights between SIA’s subsidiaries which will continue with more routes moving to Scoot over the coming months.
Scoot recently announced new Laos flights which were served on Silkair.
