Savor Seattle Food Tours will launch the two-and-a-half-hour "Coffee Bites & Sights" tour on April 15. The tour focuses on Seattle’s rich coffee history and features everyday foods in which you can find coffee, award-winning barista art and specialty cocktails as well as many of the city’s top attractions.
The tour will give guests the opportunity to experience coffee in all of its forms including mocha-braised short ribs served at the top of the Space Needle, a tasting of cheddar cheese rubbed with ground coffee and lavender, samplings of espresso-smoked sea salt caramels and mochachino cheesecake, plus coffee history, gossip and lore.
