SeaWorld Entertainment Inc has a new permanent chief executive.
The company named Sergio Rivera as its fourth CEO in just five years.
Rivera has extensive experience in hospitality and resort management.
He spent two decades at Starwood Hotels, where he held numerous leadership positions including president of the Americas.
Acting CEO Marc Swanson returns to his previous position as chief financial officer.
Rivera most recently worked at the residential Ocean Reef Club and before that was president of the vacation ownership division at timeshare operator ILG Inc.
The previous SeaWolrd CEO Gustavo Antorcha left after only seven months at the helm citing boardroom disagreements.
