The travel industry faces another challenging year brought on by recessionary economic conditions.
Consumer spending and disposable income is affected by job losses, making consumers nervous about investing in a next vacation.
Companies are seriously limiting business travel in an effort to reduce company expenses in a period of weak revenues.
In spite of general downward trends in the sale of travel products and services, experts believe that a weak economy creates opportunity for growth by stimulating innovative marketing and selling strategies.
