A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Operations and Customer Service Manager to join one of the most recognised and leading global corporate travel companies in a senior management position.

With substantial growth over the last year which will only increase this year, your focus will be on the productivity and process improvements, overseeing and leading a division to deliver exceptional customer service and a seamless service to their high-end clients.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering competitive, value-added travel services, using appropriate technologies and resources both through internal and external service providers. You will be responsible for providing solutions to escalated requests, making quick and decisive decisions to resolve issues and ensure service levels are maintained.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will need to possess the following:

Lateral thinker, strong analytical skills and results driven

Impeccable customer service and communication skills

Experience in project management and change management from an operational perspective

Experience in premium travel products or exceptional worldly travel destinations knowledge from personal experience

Collaborative in mentoring and leading a division

Experience in sales & revenue management / financial business management with P & L responsibility
