Singapore easing Covid restrictions
Singapore plans to gradually ease some more restrictions in mid-July with a goal of allowing quarantine-free leisure travel by the year-end.
Health Minister Ong Ye Kung said the government will allow more people to dine together in restaurants and will lift some other curbs this month.
Further relaxations will likely be contingent on vaccination progress. It expects to have 50% of the population fully vaccinated by the end of July.
