Ski specialist MD to head up travel PR firm
Chris Woodbridge-Cox has become managing director of representation and public relations agency.
He takes over from current chief executive and owner Kate Burgess-Craddy, who becomes chairwoman.
Woodbridge-Cox has previously worked at Club Med, Virgin and Unijet, where he and Burgess-Craddy first worked together in the mid-1990s.
Most recently he was managing director at ski specialist tour operator Peak Retreats.
He will head up a team of 16, looking after clients including Travel Alberta, Destination British Columbia, Capital Region USA, the Florida Keys & Key West, Explore Georgia, the Great American West, the Leisure Pass Group, and Loews Hotels.
Burgess-Craddy said: "While we have a deserved reputation in the North America sector, Chris will bring a new perspective to the business.
"His background in the short haul sector perfectly complements our existing strengths in the USA and Canada and I am truly delighted he has chosen kbc as his next move."
The kbc senior management team of Lisa Cooper, as director of sales and representation and David Ezra, director of PR, remains unchanged.
