Snake on a plane: AirAsia flight diverted
A slithering stowaway caused the diversion of an AirAsia domestic flight. The Kuala Lumpur to Tawau flight was rerouted to Kuching after a snake was spotted in an overhead compartment.
It was captured on video and circulated on social media. The captain took ‘appropriate action’ by diverting as a precautionary measure, the airline said.
"At no time was the safety of guests or crew at any risk,"AirAsia claimed.
