Solmar Villas adds over 500 new properties for 2025

Solmar Villas has boosted its holiday villa portfolio by over 500 new properties for 2025.

This marks a 20% increase, taking its total collection to almost 2,500.

A large proportion of the new properties for this year are in the Greek Islands.

Skopelos is a new destination for 2025 with arrivals available from May, and many new properties have been added in Kefalonia, Lefkas and Zakynthos.

Other key locations with new options for 2025 are Gozo, Majorca, the Amalfi Coast, Lanzarote, Croatia, Cyprus, Costa Blanca, the Algarve, and Dalaman.

Julie Blake, CEO, said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our collection so significantly for 2025, offering our biggest ever choice of good value self-catering holidays across the Mediterranean and beyond.”

The company says trade sales are up 35% year on year its first ever travel agent fam trip incentive proving popular.

“It’s wonderful to see so many of our partners eager to experience the Solmar Villas product.”

Solmar also has a new brand campaign on TV which is the biggest yet.

Prices for seven nights in a new for 2025 villa start from £536 for a two-bedroom property such as Dreamview Villa in Crete based on April arrival dates.
