Southwest Airlines hopes for booking Uplift with buy now, pay later partnership
Southwest Airlines is adding extra flexibility for customers to book flights. It has agreed a partnership with buy now, pay later provider Uplight. It allows customers to pay for their trip spread over monthly payments.
Southwest becomes the 16th airline to partner with Uplift and is an extension of its existing partnership with Southwest Vacations. Uplift says it was seeing an increase in demand for flexible payment options to pay for vacations.
Customers can opt to buy now, pay later on flights to more than 100 destinations, subject to customer credit scores and other factors.
