An investigation is underway after a Southwest Airlines jet skidded off the taxiway at Nashville Airport.
All 139 passengers and crew were evacuated through emergency chutes and up to eight people suffered minor injuries, according to fire department spokesman Brian Haas.
FAA spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said the Boeing 737 jet had just landed from Houston before rolling off the tarmac and getting stuck in a ditch.
The FAA is investigating, she said.
A Southwest statement released late last night said: "The 133 passengers and five crewmembers were safely transported into the airport, and we are currently working to support their needs. The safety of our customers and employees remains our primary focus. As a note, this was not a crash landing."
