Southwest offers double pay overtime ahead of busy holiday weekend
Southwest Airlines is preparing to dig deep to ensure the busy holiday period goes off without too many disruptions. It is expecting big crowds at airports but is struggling to get enough staff back on the job quickly enough.
The airline is urging flight attendants to work overtime and is offering double time over the busy Fourth of July holiday. Double pay is available from 1-7 July.
