Budget carrier Spirit Airlines is beefing up services at New Orleans with three new routes.
It announced services to Denver, Philadelphia and Austin beginning next February.
It will begin daily nonstop flights from Louis Armstrong International Airport to Denver and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on February 14, 2019.
In May, a nonstop seasonal service will then serve Philadelphia four times a week.
"Spirit is our fastest growing airline, and with this week’s announcement of three new flights, they will now serve 19 nonstop destinations from MSY," said Kevin Dolliole, director of aviation for the New Orleans Aviation Board.
The new services will take the number of flights operated by Spirit out of New Orleans to an average of 17 a day.
