Spirit Airlines resumes operations after IT glitch
Spirit Airlines’ operations are getting back to normal after being forced to temporarily ground flights across the country. The groundstop was in effect due to various internal IT glitches.
Some systems had to go offline, Spirit said, affecting the airline’s website and flight scheduling. More than 200 Spirit flights were delayed on Monday afternoon, according to FlightAware, but said operations resumed later.
