Stansted strike called off after improved pay offer

A proposed strike at Stansted Airport is off after workers received an improved pay offer.
Unite members rejected a 7.5% raise and a one-off payment of £250 but Stansted has now agreed to an 11% increase.
“This is an excellent result for Unite’s members at Stansted Airport, “said Unite general secretary Sharon Graham.
