Starwood is to open a hotel under its W brand in Scotland.
The 214-room hotel will be part of the St James development in Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital.
Completion of the shopping, leisure and residential development is expected by 2020 and the hotel is scheduled to open the following year.
It will have a rooftop bar and outdoor terrace with skyline views, plus a spa, restaurant and event space.
Starwood already has a W hotel in London’s Leicester Square.
