Stoke Newington Travel Extends Dolphin System
Stoke Newington Travel have adopted Dolphin’s Reservation Module to efficiently create enquiries and bookings. They have also deployed Dolphin’s Product Database to facilitate loading and selling products contracted directly with suppliers. Both of which are being integrated into their bookable website via Dolphn’s Res API to support SN Travel’s online distribution.
The independent travel company had been using Dolphin’s back office module to manage their bookings and generate documents and business reports for years when they decided to adopt Dolphin’s Reservation Module and Product Database as well to automate business processes even further.
Andrea Crome, Head of Marketing at SN Travel said: "We switched to Dolphin Dynamics to streamline processes within the company and to better integrate with third parties. Since the switch we have seen faster search results and Dolphin’s open API means we can create custom integrations with other third parties where necessary."
Chuck Richardson, Dolphin Dynamics’ Managing Director commented, "We have helped SN Travel with robust back office operations for years now. I am delighted they have chosen to extend their relationship with us to include improving their sales processes as well."
