Strikes continue at Frankfurt Airport

Frankfurt airport will be hit by strike action again today.

In the second day of a walk-out by ground workers, hundreds more flights are likely to be cancelled.

Industrial action between 8am and 10pm is likely to impact more than half of the airport’s 1,300 flights.

The dispute between the GdF and the airport’s operator Fraport is over pay and working conditions.
