The Summit Group Inc. continued its expansion in the southern US with the purchase of a Hampton Inn & Suites in El Paso, TX.

Said Chris Bills, COO of The Summit Group:

“We look forward to further expanding our presence not only in this market, but in the state of Texas and the southern region of the United States.”

The Sioux Falls, S.D.-based hotel group now has 61 properties in 2 states.

Summit is a developer, owner and manager of upscale limited-service hotels nationwide. Its portfolio includes such brands as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Choice Hotels International.
