Sun Princess makes UK bow
Princess Cruises’ new Love Boat Sun Princess, has made her UK debut.
The ship was officially greeted during the Inaugural Call Celebration, hosted by Sun Princess Captain Craig Street.
The event comprised a traditional Plaque and Key ceremony, attended by Councillor Dave Shields, Lord Mayor of Southampton.
Sun Princess’ arrival in the Solent marked the completion of its inaugural Mediterranean season.
“It’s wonderful to be able to celebrate this occasion with UK travel partners from across the country.” said Eithne Williamson, VP Princess Cruises UK and Europe.
Sun Princess is now heading to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to start her first Caribbean season.
