Tempo Holidays’ revamped website now includes an online chat facility.
Cox & Kings marketing manager Ash Jurberg said the facility enabled agents and consumers to chat live to a destination specialist.
"We pride ourselves on being destination specialists for a wide range of regions, including Latin America and India, and the chat facility is an easy and instant way to connect with Tempo staff for any query," he said.
Other website improvements include more prominent images highlighting specials and new product, easier navigation and a repositioning of the booking engine.
Jurberg said the changes had been based on feedback from agents and consumers.
