Tobago is launching a program with National Geographic to showcase local culture
Chief Secretary and Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities & Transportation Farley Chavez Augustine shares updates on Tobago’s tourism, highlighting key developments. Elephant Tree Resort, situated east of Tobago, is set for completion by the end of 2024. The Manta Lodge, part of the Ascender collection, focuses on scuba diving. Secret and Dreams, a new accommodation near the Crown Point airport, offers 500 rooms with quick access to beaches and natural wonders. Condor’s return for the winter season presents challenges, but Tobago is prepared and launching a program with National Geographic to showcase local culture. Young emphasizes the unique Tobago experience, urging visitors to live like locals and enjoy the warmth of the Caribbean.
