Thistle appoint new chief executive

Thistle Hotels has appointed Tim Scoble as its new chief executive following the departure of Beverley King as chief operating officer.

Scoble, former managing director of Moat House Hotels and latterly chief executive of Little Chef, will joint the company on January 3.

King left Thistle earlier this autumn to pursue other interests.
