Thomson announces new winter cruises
Thomson Cruises’ newest addition, Thomson Discovery, will sail from Barbados next winter.
The 915-cabin ship, which was previously Royal Caribbean’s Splendour of the Seas, will offer three different itineraries, including a new Seven Shores cruse which will be the operator’s first Caribbean sailing to feature no full days at sea.
Ports of call include Bridgetown, Fort de France in Martinique, Roseau in Dominica, Pointe a Pitre in Guadeloupe, Castries in St Lucia, Kingstown in St Vincent and St George’s in Grenada.
Thomson Celebration will move to its new home port in Dubai and begin sailing two new itineraries, ‘Arabian Nights’ and ‘Cities of Gold’ from December 20 and on sale from November 5 this year.
Thomson Dream will remain in its home port in Montego Bay, Jamaica and will sail three itineraries on a Tuesday including the Cuban Fusion itinerary, Mayan Treasures and Pride of Panama.
Thomson Cruises will also be offering free all inclusive upgrades (subject to availability) on all winter 2016/17 cruises.
