Surrey agent Yateley Travel, also trading as Choice Holidays & Time 2 Travel, has collapsed.
The Frimley-based ABTA member also had branches in Sandhurst and Teddington. The original head office in Yateley closed at the end of October, ABTA said.
The association said that the firm was unable to meet its liabilities and ceased trading.
All claims arising from this failure will be handled by the ABTA claims department and consumers can call telephone number 020 7307 2041 for assistance.
