Tour op claims first dynamic booking engine for Muslim travel
Halal travel tour operator Serendipity Tailormade is claiming it has launched the first dynamic booking engine dedicated to Muslim travel.
The operator’s new online travel agency Rihaala.com targets tech-savvy travellers, particularly Muslim Millennials, who want the freedom to curate their own ‘halal-friendly’ journey, inspired by a content-rich experience led by aspirational social feeds.
Customers can hand pick every aspect of their trip including flights, hotels, excursions and transfers, with a choice of more than 1,500 properties in 40-plus destinations worldwide, all carefully selected according to their halal-friendly amenities and services.
Rihaala.com has initially been launched as a B2C booking engine, but a travel trade portal will soon be made available to select partners, enabling them to create Muslim-friendly travel packages for their clients.
