Tourism Holdings sells two campervan businesses
New Zealand’s Tourism Holdings Limited has offloaded two of its campervan businesses to Australia-based Camplify Holdings in a A$7.37 million deal. It sold motorhome businesses Mighway and SHAREaCAMPER, which both allow owners to rent out their RVs to short-term renters and tourists.
The deal includes an agreement that will see THL provide its RV owners with managed services through its super centre network.
