Tourism Holdings set to acquire Aussie competitor Apollo Tourism
Kiwi campervan operator Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) has sealed a deal to buy Australia-based Apollo Tourism & Leisure. The transaction is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022.
THL is funding the purchase through a share issue, which will give THL shareholders about 75% of the merged business. The two companies have similar RV rental operations.
On completion, THL plans to file for a secondary listing on the Australian stock exchange.
