Tourists injured in Phuket boat accident

Dozens of tourists were injured after a speedboat crashed into a concrete post off the coast of Phuket, Thailand.
At least 36 of the 39 tourists aboard were injured.
They include travelers from Russia and China.
Officials investigating the accident suspect the boat captain may have dozed off.
The boat was returning to Phuket after a trip to the popular Phi Phi Islands.
Most occupants suffered ‘moderate or minor; injuries although at least six suffered more serious injuries including broken bones.
