While the outlook remains generally positive, the Company is experiencing some delays in the closure of contracts. These contract delays will have an impact on revenue and bottom line expectations for the second half of 2003. Revenues for the second half of 2003 are expected to be broadly in line with the first half of 2003. Despite these timing issues relating to contract delays, the Company continues to be positive about an improvement in performance for 2004. Datalex and Galileo to deliver web-booking platform to United Airlines Through a strategic alliance with electronic global distribution services provider, Galileo, Datalex will implement its Internet booking engine as part of a reservations hosting technology and network management contract between Galileo and United Airlines, one of the world’s largest carriers.
