Paul Wiseman, Managing Director of Trafalgar said “For the 2007 Europe & Britain program, we have added more luxurious centrally or scenically located hotels to our itineraries, some of which have only just been built, including the new Radisson hotels in Rome and Lucerne.

“Our United Kingdom itineraries have been revitalised to include new highlights such as a visit to the gardens of Hampton Court Palace, a visit to Robin Hood’s church in Sherwood Forest, and an Evensong Service at York Cathedral.

“We have also devised a new Hidden Treasures sightseeing experience in most major European cities, ensuring your clients not only see the most popular attractions, but also the less frequented but equally fascinating parts of each city. Clients will discover more of the essence of Europe on these special guided sightseeing walking tours which are exclusive to Trafalgar in 2007.

“Trafalgar is also utilising the latest sightseeing technology, with the addition of at least one audio headset city tour on every holiday, which means travellers can hear their experienced guide’s live commentary clearly through a personal headset, while walking at their own pace.

“Trafalgar has also introduced a Welcome Dinner to every holiday ensuring clients get their holiday off to a great start, by getting to know their fellow travellers and their Tour Director at the beginning of their holiday, in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Furthermore, Trafalgar has made more than 30 changes to its collection of holidays for the 2007 season, with the addition of more stops, more centrally located hotels and new itineraries on many holidays.

“For 2007 Trafalgar has introduced six exciting new holidays – Highlights of Morocco, Highlights of Italy and Greece, Wonders of St Petersburg, Novgorod & Moscow, Scotland & the Isles, Wonders of Europe and Free & Easy Paris and Rome.

“Of these six new holidays, four are regional tours which have been added in response to the increasing number of clients who are returning to Europe with Trafalgar for their second and third visit, and who wish to explore specific regions of Europe in more detail.

“We are involved in the usual range of launch activities such as consumer shows, film nights, and training sessions, plus our new Europe & Britain Book features more extensive information to help agents sell our products including details on accommodation, dining and tour directors, plus an informative section comparing coach touring, cruising and independent holidays.

“To help our agent partners maximise sales in the Earlybird period we have a great ‘A Day on the House’ offer and early payment discounts. Plus, over the next few weeks we will also be launching great Earlybird airfares in conjunction with Cathay Pacific Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Emirates.”

Trafalgar’s ‘A Day on the House’ is a fantastic offer valued at up to $500 per couple. Clients who book a Trafalgar tour of 10 days or more and return Earlybird flights with Qantas or British Airways through Trafalgar will receive one free night twin share accommodation preceding their tour in London or any other tour gateway city and a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. To qualify for this great deal clients must book and pay in full for their airfare by 29 December 2006.

Clients can also save up to 10 percent per person on the land cost of their holiday with Trafalgar’s early payment discount on selected tours. To qualify for the full discount the tour must be booked and paid for at least one year prior to departure. Great discounts are also available to those who book and pay in full as little as four months in advance of departure.
