An upstate New York travel agent was arrested and is facing up to 15 felony charges after defrauding a large group of would-be vacationers.

Crystal Dragone, 64, of Canadice, Ontario County, faces multiple charges related to grand larceny and scheming to defraud.

As the owner of Dragone Travel, she was instructed by a group of 22 people to arrange a trip to Cancun, Mexico, and, collected $26,275 from them.

No tickets were ever booked, investigators allege.
