Trip.com appointed tech partner at WTM London
World Travel Market London has selected Trip.com Group as the event’s official technology partner.
The show takes place from 5-7 November at Excel London.
Trip.com is exhibiting for a second year.
Exhibitors and buyers will have the chance to hear first-hand from one of the group’s senior executives. Boon Sian Chai, Managing Director and Vice President, International Markets, who will deliver a keynote address at the Technology Summit on the opening day.
The presentation, “How User-Centric Travel Tech is Shaping the Future of Travel”, will take place from 11:20am – 11:40am on the Purple Stage.
This keynote will explore how Trip.com Group is leveraging AI-driven innovations.
Trip.com Group’s successful initiatives include Trip.Best, an AI-driven tool that provides personalised hotels, destination and experiences recommendations based on over 100 million user reviews.
Another tool for travellers is TripGenie, an AI travel assistant which has served over three million users.
WTM London’s newly appointed technology advisor, Timothy O’Neil-Dunne, will conduct the interview on stage.
The Technology Summit has added senior speakers from Travelport and Scandinavian Airlines to the line-up.
Trip.com Group was founded in 1999 and listed on the Nasdaq in 2003.
Today, it generates over $6 billion in net revenues annually.
Flagship brand Trip.com now operates in 24 languages across 39 countries and regions.
