TripActions names new Booking Experience VP

Business travel platform TripActions has tapped Expedia Group strategy and business development specialist Daniel Finkel as new vice president of Booking Experience and Supplier Strategy.

Finkel’s role will be to scale up the company’s ecommerce capabilities, lead the supplier relations team and further develop TripActions content.

Finkel spent seven years at Expedia Group leading strategy and business development in various areas including air, lodging and media.

Prior to Expedia he worked at SRA International.

"TripActions is rapidly innovating and positively disrupting the traditional agency, supplier, distribution relationship through meaningful collaboration. I am thrilled to be a part of this team," Finkel said.

TripActions offers an end-to-end business travel platform with personalized results to easily make flight, hotel and transportation bookings, supported by 24/7 client support.

Bay Area based TripActions’ customer base includes Dropbox and Lyft.
