TUI Group announced Swiss travel firm Bentour Reisen is acquiring a 20% stake in TUI subsidiary Nazar Nordic AB.
At the same time, TUI Group is acquiring 20% of the shares in Bentour Reisen AG.
Both companies operate in Greece and Turkiye but serve different source markets
Bentour Reisen markets holidays in the German-speaking markets of Austria, Switzerland and Germany, while Nazar focuses on the customer markets of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
