United Airlines ending service at Paine Field
United Airlines is pulling out of Seattle’s secondary airport Paine Field in the .fall. It will discontinue service in October, leaving Alaska Airlines as the only airline left.
United flew to San Francisco and Denver from Paine Field. It suspended the San Francisco flights last year and Denver service ends on October 5.
Alaska Airlines plans to operate 13 daily departures from Paine Field by this fall and up to 18 daily departures by next spring.. Alaska flies to Las Vegas, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Boise and Spokane.
