United partners with Peerspace to lure remote workers
United Airlines is launching a new service offering flight and meeting space rental bundles aimed at remote working friendly businesses.
It is introducing the Team Together program which is in collaboration with meeting space platform Peerspace.
It is offering tiered packages which combine flights with short-term workspace rentals.
Inclusive flight and workspace packages start from $5,000 per month.
"Demand for business travel is returning in new ways and our relationship with Peerspace provides some employers with even more flexibility as they move towards getting their employees back together," said Janet Lamkin, United Senior Vice President.
The Peerspace platform offers nearly 20,000 locations in 1,800 cities across the US.
"As companies continue to embrace remote-first work, Peerspace wants to help them solve the challenge of how to meet in person safely and affordably," said Peerspace CEO Eric Shoup.
"We’re excited to work with United on this initiative to seamlessly connect teams. Our research shows that the need for face-to-face collaboration is still very real."
United’s tiered packages include extras such as food and beverage discounts, United Club passes, and seat upgrades.
