Uniworld unveils new worldwide cruises
The Los Angeles-based Uniworld Grand River Cruises announced new itineraries, a new optional land extension program and new early booking incentives.
“We’re offering four new itineraries in 2007 with one of our major destinations being France,” said Tom Russell, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
In addition to new French programs, Uniworld has various tours of Eastern Europe, the Alps and Spain.
Mr Russell says a major value-added initiative will be more focus on providing special group opportunities for those who want to travel with friends or celebrate an anniversary, for example.
Agent commissions on trips are as high as 15%. Agents can also earn complimentary cruise berths with as few as 10 guests.
Uniworld has an all-English speaking staff and crew. It has 500 departures on 30 itineraries in 12 rivers on four continents.
The Grand River cruises include roundtrip airfare, transfers, all meals and entertainment onboard, services of a cruise manager and some ashore excursions. Trips start at $1,748 a person.
