WAYN boss to speak at TTI spring event

Where Are You Now, WAYN.com, director and co-founder Jerome Touze and dohop.com chief executive Frosti Sigursson top the line-up of speakers for the Travel Technology Initiative’s spring conference on 24 April.

Both Touze and Sigursson will give insight into setting up a Web 2.0 travel business and how they  plan to maintain their success.

The ‘Travel in a Web 2.0 World’ seminar is being held at the Institution of Engineering and Technology in London’s Savoy Place and will provide insight into how companies are embracing social media such as blogs and user generated content sites.

Other panellists for the day include Leger Holidays web development manager Michael Rhodes and Madeleine Wood, business development director of search engine marketing company Spannerworks.

The session will also provide advice on how Web 2.0 is enabling companies to communicate with customers in a much more interactive way.
