Well-located, affordable housing launched in Old Europe
“My Europe Base” says it is a fresh concept offering “affordable long-stay self-contained apartments in the picturesque heart of Old Europe, close by busy low-cost airport hubs.”
“Our launch location is Germany’s quaint wine-maker town of Zell an der Mosel where our delightful apartment house has the Mosel River out the front, vineyards climbing the steep hills behind, the vibrant pedestrian center with its wine cellars, delis and restaurants just 2 minutes walk – and Hahn Airport, a major Ryanair hub with 50+ flights across Europe, but a short bus ride away,” the company says.
Sizes range from studio to 2-bedroom, 2-baths.
For 2011, long-stays of 4-plus weeks start from 200 to 350 AUD (approximately the same amount in USD) a week, depending on season. Rates include all utilities and final cleaning. A former owner looks after the property and caters to any needs.
Australia owners Ralph and Olga Jackson envisioned a need for longer-stays in European capitals at low rates located near airports.
