Why does Travelmole harrass clients?

We have recently published job adverts via Travelmole and duely paid for the service. However, we keep receiving reminders. We do not get answers from Travelmole to our mails. We do not get any reaction from Travelmole. There is no service person to contact. We do not consider this good business practice. Do you? Regards K. Henkel
