YouTrip secures USD30 million funding
Singapore-based YouTrip said it has raised $30 million in Series A funding. It is an online bank that makes multi-currency transactions cheaper and more efficient for leisure and business travellers.
It says it has processed over $800 million in card spend globally, in almost 20 million transactions. It has over 1.5 million app downloads.
It currently operates in Singapore and Thailand and has partnered with Visa for expansion into the Philippines and Malaysia. It is also in talks to launch in Indonesia and Vietnam.
