Details of the expanded 2010 TravelMole Web Awards are announced today.
Categories for the seventh annual awards recognising excellence in travel online presence have been reviewed to result in a number of new awards.
New additions include best use of user-generated content, best meta search and dedicated awards for cruise lines and ferry companies.
The nomination process will begin this week and end in mid–May with the shortlist announcement in the first week of June.
The awards ceremony will be held on June 17 at the Canadian High Commission in London followed by an after event party at the nearby Texas Embassy.
Headline sponsors this year will once again be Travelport and Youtravel.com supported by Car Trawler, Travel2, Avis, Canadian Tourism Commission, Illusions on-line and Traveltek.
