Low Volume Tour of the Season for Princess Cruises
At a time when every destination is aggressively trying to differentiate its product by providing excellent service, Princess Cruises has awarded Barbadian attraction Aerial Trek Zipline Adventure for the highest passenger enjoyment.
The occasion was a presentation ceremony onboard the Star Princess on April 28, 2011. Arkaduisz Kubok, Shore Excursions Manager onboard the Star Princess ship stated that the tour programme is an extension of Princess Cruises and directly relates to the passengers’ overall impression of the cruise vacation.
“Therefore, when we read our guest comments, it is important that we recognize the tour companies and persons that have repeatedly received excellent comments for service and product,” he said at the function.
Lenese Benons, Attractions Manager for Aerial Trek Zipline Adventure stated: “Aerial Trek started operation in 2007, and it is the hard work and commitment of my team that has earned this recognition and while we are proud to receive this award, we want to constantly keep improving the product”.
